About Me:
Originally from Dublin, Andy Doyle moved to the United States in 2005 as a collegiate soccer recruit and spent nearly 20 years in Southern California. For more than a decade, he represented buyers and sellers in residential real estate and became a partner agent with Private Client Group at Compass, one of the Top 10 Teams in the US.
Throughout his career, Andy built his business around responsiveness, sharp strategy, and a level of service that made clients feel genuinely looked after. He earned long-standing relationships and referrals by being the kind of agent who shows up, stays involved, and gets things done. His clients say he “treats you like family” and that they “couldn’t have picked a better agent.”
Andy has also experienced the international buying process from the client’s perspective. In 2023, while living in California, he and his wife, Natalie, worked with a buyer’s agent in Ireland to purchase their family home in Dublin before ultimately relocating there in 2025. He knows firsthand what it takes to make a major real estate decision from thousands of miles away, where the two markets differ, and just how valuable it is to have the right person on the ground.
After returning to Ireland, Andy founded Andy Doyle - Buyers Agent Ireland, bringing together two sides of his experience that few agents can offer: more than a decade representing clients in the Southern California real estate market and a lifetime connection to Ireland. His approach is direct, highly responsive, strategic, and personal, backed by an understanding of how real estate operates on both sides of the Atlantic.
Andy remains a member of Private Client Group at Compass and holds real estate licenses in both California and Ireland. Through his connection with Private Client Group and the Compass Global Division, he provides an important link for clients whose real estate needs take them between the United States and Ireland.
Outside of real estate, Andy enjoys spending time with Natalie and their children, Juliet and James.
